The entrance deck is west-facing, and the owners have made wonderful use of this space to provide a built-in barbeque area that has glimpses of Kapiti and of course our wonderful sunsets.

The ambience in the open-plan living room is provided by a wood burner set in beautiful South Island Schist stone. The kitchen is separate but has a hatch that opens to the living space.

When taking a shower here you will feel like you are in a bush setting amongst the ferns and foliage - very relaxing in this new bathroom.

The two bedrooms look out to the deck and enjoy the afternoon sun. There is a separate laundry, a single garage, and off-street parking.

Gardening is easy care in this compact area that is just the right size for pottering! Down the road are the Waikanae shops and our wonderful rail connection to Wellington. What could be nicer?!
