Eligible SuperGold cardholders can receive a 10% discount on our normal standard commission when selling their residential property.

Let us know you are a SuperGold cardholder before signing the agency agreement so the offer can be discussed and recorded correctly.

How to use the offer

• The SuperGold cardholder must be one of the owners of the residential property.
• Request the discount before you sign the agency agreement and ensure it is noted in the signed agreement.
• The discount is 10% of the agency’s gross normal standard commission.
• The offer cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.
